BPC-157 / TB-500 (Wolverine blend)

The Wolverine blend pairs BPC-157 with TB-500; the two-compound blend itself has not been the subject of any published literature, and each constituent has been characterised separately. BPC-157 is a synthetic pentadecapeptide corresponding to a partial sequence of a protein isolated from human gastric juice, and its published literature is almost entirely rodent-based, with review articles cataloguing rat and mouse injury models in which angiogenesis, nitric oxide signalling and tissue-repair endpoints were examined (Seiwerth et al., Frontiers in Pharmacology 2021). TB-500 is a synthetic form of thymosin beta-4, a naturally occurring 43-residue actin-sequestering peptide; investigators have examined its association with integrin-linked kinase alongside cell migration and survival endpoints in cardiomyocyte cultures and a murine coronary ligation model (Bock-Marquette et al., Nature 2004), and reviews summarise animal work across dermal, corneal and cardiac injury models (Goldstein et al., Expert Opinion on Biological Therapy 2012). Human data for BPC-157 remain minimal.
