1. Research use only

All materials supplied by Causa Labs are intended solely for laboratory research. They are not medicines, are not approved for use in humans or animals, and are not supplied for personal use. By placing an order you confirm that you are a qualified researcher acquiring material for laboratory research, and that you will not administer it to humans or animals.

2. No medical claims

Causa Labs makes no claim, express or implied, that any material has any therapeutic, diagnostic or preventative effect. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Any research context provided describes published literature and is not a representation of outcome.

3. Buyer responsibility

The buyer is solely responsible for determining that the intended use of any material is lawful in their jurisdiction, for handling and storing it appropriately, and for complying with all applicable regulations governing its possession and use.

4. Testing and certificates

Certificates of Analysis are published per lot and describe measurements taken on that lot. They are provided in good faith as a record of testing performed. The signed laboratory report is the authoritative document.

5. Orders and pricing

Prices are listed per material and are subject to change. Orders are fulfilled subject to availability, first in first out.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Causa Labs' liability in connection with any material supplied is limited to the amount paid for that material. Causa Labs is not liable for any use of a material outside laboratory research.
