What we collect

If you contact us, we hold the information you send — typically your name, email address and what you asked about — so we can respond and fulfil an order.

What we don't do

This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party trackers and no cookies for tracking. Nothing on this page is loaded from another company's server.

Storage and sharing

Order and contact records are kept for as long as needed to fulfil the order and meet record-keeping obligations. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the carrier delivering your order and service providers handling communications.

WhatsApp order updates

If you choose WhatsApp updates, we save your phone number, consent wording, time and source. Meta processes your number and message delivery information to provide WhatsApp. We use WhatsApp for order updates and support. Reply STOP to stop; declining updates does not affect your order. Message-event summaries are retained for up to 90 days. We keep consent and send records for operational record-keeping. HELP or SUPPORT notifies our support team by email.

Your requests

Closing an account removes its contact profile. We keep a minimal closure record containing a coded account identifier and closure or reopening dates so order processing and history repairs do not restore a closed account. A verified new sign-in can reopen an empty account. Existing order records remain in our books.
