Orders ship from a United States warehouse, first in first out, so the lot you receive is the oldest qualifying stock. Every box carries a lot number matching a published lot's Certificate of Analysis.

Local pickup and delivery

Available across Southwest Florida. Arranged directly — contact us to organise it.

Packaging

Material is supplied as sterile lyophilised powder in sealed vials, packed to protect against light and impact.

Returns

Because these are research materials whose chain of custody cannot be verified once they leave us, opened items cannot be returned. If a shipment arrives damaged, or the lot on the box does not match the certificate, contact us and we will replace it.
