Fulfillment

Orders ship from a United States warehouse, first in first out, so the lot you receive is the oldest qualifying stock. Every box carries a lot number matching a published lot's Certificate of Analysis.

Shipping is a flat $20 on every shipped order, whatever the size, added to the total we confirm with you before you pay. Local pickup and delivery is free.

Local pickup and delivery

Available in two areas. Southwest Florida — Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Punta Gorda and Lehigh Acres. Greater Philadelphia — the Main Line from Overbrook out to Malvern, and the Route 422 corridor from King of Prussia out to Reading. Arranged directly — contact us to organize it.

Packaging

Material is supplied as a sterile freeze-dried powder in sealed vials, packed to protect against light and impact.

What arrives, and what does not

Every vial ships dry. Nothing is supplied in solution, and no vial is reconstituted before it leaves us — a freeze-dried powder is what makes the material stable in transit without a cold chain.

Causa Labs does not supply, include or sell any diluent or solvent. Preparing the material, and sourcing whatever that requires, is the researcher's own responsibility. We do not provide preparation, dosing or administration guidance, and none should be inferred from anything on this site.

Returns

Because these are research materials whose chain of custody cannot be verified once they leave us, opened items cannot be returned. If a shipment arrives damaged, or the lot on the box does not match the certificate, contact us and we will replace it.
