Copper peptide
Copper peptide research materials
Copper-binding tripeptide complexes. The best-characterised is GHK-Cu, a naturally occurring plasma tripeptide that chelates copper(II) with high affinity. Published work examines copper transport, matrix-protein expression and gene-expression profiling in fibroblast and keratinocyte models. Colour and solubility behaviour are a function of the copper complex itself.
